TOURING
On the fourth day, you will transfer to the city of
Cienfuegos, known as the Pearl of the South, in the
center of the island. Upon arrival, you will explore
the most emblematic streets and avenues of the
city, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO
in 2005. You will visit Martí Park, the Tomás Terry
Theater, the House of Cultural Goods, and the
Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Later, you
will have the opportunity to experience Cienfuegos
in a different way, guided by Los Pradas, a very
authentic fishing family. This tour includes a boat
ride through Cienfuegos Bay and a meal at the Town
of Castillo de Jagua. At the end of the tour, you
will be transferred to the city of Trinidad, in time for
accommodation and dinner.
Historic Center, declared a UNESCO World Heritage
Site in 1982. The tour includes the four main squares
of Colonial Havana: Plaza de San Francisco, Plaza
Vieja, Plaza de Armas, and Plaza de la Catedral. The
afternoon will be dedicated to the Unraveling Havana
of the 1950s excursion, a panoramic tour of Modern
Havana in the famous vintage cars. In addition to
places frequented by celebrities of the era, you will
visit the Hotel Nacional de Cuba. In the evening, you
will attend the Havana Cannon Shot Ceremony, which
recalls the closing of the walls, followed by a dinner to
bid farewell to the city.
On the third day, you will depart for Viñales Valley, one
of the most beautiful natural landscapes on the island,
with its unique rounded elevations, the “mogotes.”
The excursion includes a visit to a tobacco factory, the
Mural of Prehistory, one of the most important open-
air frescoes in the world, the Los Jazmines lookout
point, which offers one of the best panoramic views of
the Viñales Valley, and the Cueva del Indio, with a boat
ride along its interior river.
