Havana

W hat can be written about Havana that

hasn’t already been published in the
countless magazines, newspapers, digital
media and television, radio, and social media
programs dedicated to it?

The aptly named Marvelous City exerts a fascination
on those who visit it, and its appeal emerges from
an extraordinary combination of architecture,
history, culture, the hospitality of Havana residents,
and the experiences that can be had.

Its proximity to the sea gives the city a mystique
that goes beyond visitors’ understanding, and
which began with its very foundation, linked to
the presence of a wonderful pocket-shaped bay
that would be vital to its development. It should
be remembered that it was initially located on the
southern coast and later moved to the site where it
has remained for more than five centuries.
